Result of the Financial Literacy – The results from the Fox Cities Financial Literacy Study tell a story of the growing need for financial education in the Fox Cities. Rent Smart discusses topics that are of greatest concern to both tenants and landlords—leases, rights and responsibilities, communicating, home care and managing your finances.  Through Rent Smart, you’ll learn what you need to know to be a good tenant—both your responsibilities and rights. And you’ll learn how to have a positive relationship with your landlord.  Certificate of completion will be issued to those who attend all 11 lessons (3 full sessions) of the program, participate in class activities and complete program assignments. Rent Smart Brochure 2013  

Make Your Money Count and Keep the Change!  Budget basics are shared on family spending plans, how to track your spending and get back on track with a shrinking economy.  A variety of tracking systems will be shared as well as some basic overviews of how you view month and how that makes and impact on your decision-making skills.
