A research team from the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine and Public Health will be working in Appleton in March and April. The Survey of the Health of Wisconsin (SHOW) is an ongoing statewide public health research project designed to measure the health of Wisconsin residents. The Survey of the Health of Wisconsin (SHOW) is a state-wide public health survey that is operated by the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and Funded by the Wisconsin Partnership Program.
